Paul C. Anderson, Co-Founder & CEO

Paul brings more than 40 years of experience in consumer products manufacturing, formulation, and operations leadership to OAM Solutions.

Before launching OAM, Paul spent:

• 20+ years at Procter & Gamble, including serving as Head of Worldwide Operations for Fabric Care, the division that developed Febreze
• Several years as Executive Vice President of Operations at KIK Custom Products, one of North America’s largest private-label and contract manufacturers
• CEO of For Every Body, a major U.S. fragrance and candle manufacturer

These experiences gave Paul the scientific insight and operational expertise to develop our proprietary Odor Absorbing Molecule (OAM) Technology — the backbone of every formula we manufacture today.

Becky J. Anderson, Co-Founder & Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer

Becky is the driving force behind OAM Solutions’ brand development, sales strategy, marketing, and business growth.  A lifelong entrepreneur, Becky built and scaled multiple companies, including For Every Body, one of the largest candle and fragrance manufacturers in the United States — the company where Paul later came on as CEO.

With deep expertise in:
